She earned her Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude and receiving academic honors, including the Award for Excellence in Legal Writing and Distinguished Academic Achievement in International Criminal Law.

During law school, Michaela gained valuable practical experience through internships with the United States Attorney’s Office and one of Connecticut’s leading personal injury firms.
